Refunds are handled by Tebex according to their policy. Digital goods are generally non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law or in case of technical issues we cannot resolve.
After purchase, download your files from Tebex and follow the README included with each resource. Most scripts only need to be added to your resources folder and started in server.cfg.
